Whether you're hiking, biking, or horseback riding, you will find many varied trails to explore - trails within the Regional Parks and trails between the Regional Parks (interpark trails). The list below displays only the INTERPARK TRAILS. Search by selecting paved/unpaved, dogs allowed/not allowed, ebikes allowed/not allowed within the city of your choice. Tassajara Ridge Trail Closure
Approximately 2/3 miles of trail between Charbray Street and the Tassajara Ridge has been closed to protect natural resources. 

 

TRAIL CONFLICTS & VIOLATIONS

Non-Emergency Trail Safety Hazards or Damaged Trails/Facilities: Locate a park ranger or call Public Safety Dispatch at (510) 881-1833. Be sure to mention the nature and exact location of the problem including the trail or area name.
Trail Conflicts/Violations: Call (510) 881-1833 for the Non-Emergency Public Safety Line, 24 hours a day, or submit a Park Watch Report online.
Emergency/Crime in Progress: Call 911 or (510) 881-1121 from a cell, 24 hours a day. 

Trails Challenge

The Trails Challenge program encourages park visitors to explore new trails by foot, bicycle, horseback, or even in-line skating! Every year more than 10,000 people participate in this FREE self-guided hiking and bicycling program to explore the East Bay Regional Parks and to keep fit outdoors. Trails Challenge is a free program made possible through a partnership between the East Bay Regional Park District, the Regional Parks Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente.
