The chicken coop is a safe place for our hens to lay their eggs, to roost (or sleep) at night, and to keep out predators. Nesting boxes along the inside wall provide a cozy spot for egg-laying, and during the day, the coop is open, allowing chickens to go in and out as they please. They get some exercise, and nibble on tasty insects, seeds, and grass,
