Facility Availability Information

To search for available dates, you can use the online Facility Search. Under “Facilities”, click the “Indoor Event” box to filter the results or click on the "View Availability" link below.

You may also call the Reservations Department at 1-888-327-2757, option 2, and a Reservations Agent will be able to assist you.

Reservations

Reservations for the Brazilian Room, Temescal Beach House, and Fern Cottage can be made starting in January for the next calendar year. For 2026 dates, reservations will be accepted starting on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Call 1-888-327-2757, option 2 (9am-4pm) to check availability and to make a reservation.

The Shoreline Center is temporarily closed for new reservations and tours. Please check back for updates in the new year.

All reservations require an initial payment to secure the date. This initial payment will be applied towards the total balance owed.

• For events booked more than 180 days in advance, an initial payment of $500 or $1000 (depending on the ending time of the event) is required to reserve a specific date.

Full payment is due 180 days before the event date. For reservations made under 180 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. Please review the fee sheet or speak to a Reservations Agent for the cancellation policy once full payment is made.

Regional Parks Botanic Garden Reservations

Reservations are required for use of the Botanic Garden for ALL commercial, wedding, individual or portrait photography/filming, or group gatherings. To make a Reservation, call Botanic Garden Office at (510) 544-3165; Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, at least 31 Business days prior to your event date to discuss date, locations, time, and restrictions. Upon approval from Botanic Garden staff, you’ll need to contact the Reservation Department. Additional fees and refundable damage deposit will apply.
