Overview
Keller Beach Park is an approximately 1.5-acre park that is located within the Miller/Knox Regional Shoreline in Richmond, California. The Keller Beach Improvement project seeks to address four key issues identified in the 2019 Miller/Knox Land Use Plan Amendment:
- Replace worn-out facilities such as restroom buildings, site furnishings and paving
- Improve accessibility
- Provide a paved, accessible connection via the bay shore between Keller Beach and Miller/Knox
- Integrate sea level rise resilience.
