Construction Notices
May 11 thru May 28, 2020, 7am to 4pm, Wildcat Canyon Road between Central Park Drive and Shasta Road, there will be ongoing road work, Expect Delays, Consider alternate routes.

Until further notice, there will be construction activity near the Lake Anza Overflow Parking Lot and Spillway Picnic Area, with temporary detours and potential trail and site closures on the paved section of Wildcat Gorge Trail next to Lake Anza. Please be aware of construction vehicles, fencing, and posted safety signs.

South Park Drive Closed 
Until further notice, South Park Drive will be closed to all motor vehicle traffic to protect migrating and breeding newts. Use Golf Course Dr. and Shasta Road instead of South Park Dr. when traveling by motor vehicle through Tilden. Bicycles are allowed, although bicyclists are asked to proceed slowly and avoid newts crossing the road. Dogs may be off-leash on South Park Drive during the closure, but they must be under voice control, and owners must carry a leash. Foot traffic is permitted on South Park during the closure.

Trail Closure Notices
• Until further notice, Grizzly Peak Trail is CLOSED to equestrian traffic due to storm damage.
• Until further notice, the Selby Trail is CLOSED at the connector trail to the Merry-Go-Round.
