Thank you for applying for an Outdoor Recreation BOATING Field Trip! Our staff will contact you within two weeks of receiving your application. Once your trip is confirmed, payment is due in full 15 days prior to the program. The Outdoor Recreation Department will send you an email confirming your field trip that will include instructions on how to complete payment along with details of your program. PAYMENT Refunds will be offered upon request up to 7 days prior to the trip. Any cancellation within 7 days will require a written letter of explanation. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Recreation supervisor. In the case that programs are cancelled by the Park District due to unsafe weather conditions, your group will be rescheduled if possible or refunded the fees. CANCELLATION POLICY
