BIG BREAK - This guided kayaking adventure offers a unique perspective of the Delta as the sun sets over Mt. Diablo. Navigate through tranquil waters and enjoy breathtaking views of local wildlife and marshland habitats. Perfect for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike, this experience promises an unforgettable evening on the water.
Kayaks, safety gear, and paddle instruction provided. Come by yourself or with a partner!
Adult/ Parent Registration and Participation Required for ages 10-17.
Reminder email will be sent out prior to course start date.
Meeting Place: Big Break (Oakley): Kayak Launch Site
PROVIDED: tandem kayaks, safety gear, and paddle instruction.
WEAR: dress in layers for warmth (synthetic materials recommended), windbreaker, hat, sunglasses with retention device, shoes that can get wet. NO flip-flops.
BRING: water bottle and signed WAIVER/EMERGENCY form (PDF document will be located at the end of the registration receipt).
