Parks Police Search for Missing Man in Regional Parks

East Bay Regional Parks Police are searching for 24-year-old Luis Zepeda who became separated from a group at Lake Chabot Regional Park near the dam Tuesday, January 28, at about 10 a.m. He was reported to be wearing a black baseball hat, blue jacket (with a black stripe) and dark blue sweat pants. He also was wearing headphones. 
The search is in Lake Chabot and Anthony Chabot Regional Parks. Zepada is 5'2'', with brown hair and brown eyes, weighs about 170 lbs., and has a mental age of 11. 
Anyone who has seen this man is asked to contact East Bay Regional Parks police at (510) 881-1833. Thanks to the citizens who called in. He is safe and reunited with his family.
