TIME: 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

PURPOSE: Capital Projects/Regional Trails and Maintenance Projects Workshop.

The Board of Directors will meet in an Open Session Workshop to receive information from Staff and to discuss the status of the District’s approved 2007 Capital/Trails and Maintenance programs and projects. The Workshop will also be an opportunity to review the capital and project priorities related to these programs for consideration of future appropriations of funding, and will be a continuing opportunity for the Board to discuss the types of projects being considered for the proposed Measure AA Extension in 2008.

No formal actions will be taken by the Board of Directors at this Workshop.

An opportunity for Public Comments will be available at the conclusion of this Workshop.
