Trails Challenge *** It's FREE this year! ***

Thousands of people like you have participated over the 14 years-over two thousand last year alone! Register to receive the 2008 Guidebook filled with 20 of the best hikes in the Regional Parks. Trails Challenge invites you to hike 5 of the 20 trails or 26.2 miles of trails listed in the booklet by December 1. Participants will receive the Trails Challenge guidebook and a special gift. A commemorative pin will be sent after participants have completed the 'Challenge.' (one per person while supplies last). Organic cotton T-shirts are available for free while supplies last upon registering. Kids Challenge

The all new 2007-2008 Passport to the Parks guidebook is filled with 15 fun activities for kids. All participants receive carabineer compass, and those that complete the Kids Challenge of trying five activities will receive a commemorative patch and special prize! The Kids Challenge Passport is completely self-paced. Some activities require parent participation and/or additional fees. Kaiser Permanent is a major sponsor of this Kids Challenge Passport program, enabling us to offer the materials for free (one per child, while supplies last). Disabled accessible. Reg. This program is ideal for elementary school aged kids (K-6) but could also be completed by younger children with more help from their parents or by middle schoolers on their own.
