The Park District will be celebrating its Fourth Annual 'Day of Service' that continues Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s vision to improve lives, bridge social barriers and build community. Volunteers will assist staff in restoration work and invasive plant removal in order to support and care for wildlife and their natural habitats.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and closed-toed shoes. Please bring your own refillable water bottle. Heavy rain cancels.
For a GREEN option, consider bringing a bucket for collecting the trash.
