The Board of Directors of the East Bay Regional Park District will hold a regular meeting at the East Bay Regional Park District Headquarters Building, 2950 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland, CA, commencing at 12:45 p.m. for Closed Session and 2:00 p.m. for Open Session, on Tuesday, May 1, 2007.
