Biological Permitting and Monitoring
The East Bay Regional Park District (District) Stewardship Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to obtain a 2081 Incidental Take Permit (ITP) from the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife, develop conservation easement management plans, and complete a Monitoring and Maintenance Plan (MMP) for the implementation of the Wildfire Hazard Reduction and Resource Management Plan (WHRRMP). The selected firm will be tasked with acquiring a 2081 ITP for the impacts related to the District’s treatment activities for fuel reduction. The firm will also identify parklands that may be placed under conservation easements to mitigate for project related impacts and develop management plans for easement areas. In addition, the firm will review and complete the Monitoring and Maintenance Plan as required by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Biological Opinion (USFWS BO) for the implementation of the fuel reduction project.

Facility Condition Assessment Services and Capital Planning and Management Software (CPMS)
Project Description: East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Capital Planning and Management System. The selected firm will be tasked with providing EBRPD with Facility Condition Assessment Services and Capital Planning and Management Software, which shall be intended to inventory assets; input, prioritize, generate and track capital infrastructure replacement projects; calculate a facility condition index (FCI); and provide data for budget reporting and forecasting purposes. In addition the system will need to have the capability to assess the conditions of assets as a whole and at the sub-system level, generate annual and long range capital replacement plans and accurately forecast/track deferred maintenance costs.

East Bay Regional Parks District (District) is soliciting proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional services for the Albany Beach Restoration and Public Access Project Phase I project. The Scope of Services for Construction Management Services includes activities prior to award of a construction contract, contract administration, submittal review, material testing, source inspection and project closeout.
